Subject: Drop Robotics Spin from Fedora Linux 45

Remove the Robotics Lab spin from the Fedora 45 release as per ticket
https://forge.fedoraproject.org/releng/tickets/issues/13419. This
includes removal of the robotics team profile, kiwi configuration,
maintainer information, and volume ID mappings.
