Add Fedora Server generic guest and host image descriptions

This is loosely based on the Server kickstart and ELN descriptions. This covers both the disk image for running on ARM hardware as well as the VM image for running on various hypervisor platforms.

Add FEX-RootFS definition

kiwi-build, tmt: Require setting the kiwi filename for the build

teams/kde: Rework to add disk image build

This adds a disk image build profile to produce Fedora KDE images. Additionally, these profiles are now tested in CI.
